Out there from the Atlantic shoreline into the dep of the ocean, the ocean currents are moving. The Atlantic current is connected to other currents throughout the world. Last year a study looked at the impact of melting ice sheets in the North Atlantic due to global warming, denied that it exists by the greedy oil barons wanting favors from the new regime.
Out there in the deep, currents are affecting not only the shoreline but weather patterns connected to them. Warming waters rather than flowing northward as part of the Gulf Stream will just continue to flood even more of the Eastern Seaboard.
Out there, in the deep, fishing would be severely affected, coral reefs, which support a great deal of sea life, are dying, bleached by warm waters. In here, the fossil fuel barons continue their drive to expand, deeply affecting what goes on out there.

Joining with all creation, we of the earth sing of your glory,
For you, O God, inspire such awe in us that we tremble;
But even as your glory resounds, we are trapped by our greed,
And are vexed by the little things that seize our days.
Reveal your light through the call of the earth’ creatures
And infuse in us an understanding of what it is we are doing,
In the name of the One who touched the earth,

Many impacts are likely to be felt globally, including a shift in tropical rainfall belts, reduced oceanic carbon dioxide uptake (and thus faster atmospheric increase) as well as major additional sea-level rise particularly along the American Atlantic coast, and an upheaval of marine ecosystems and fisheries.
